Hello, I am Special family! Look at this, while preparing for the #Thanksgiving baking tradition with my #family. I open the recipe book to find these, grandma N.O’s (my grandmother in love) handwritten recipes. My son spoke the words that I was thinking, “these are priceless.” I am grateful for the moments that our loved ones who are no longer with us took the time to share their recipes, #laughter, #love, and long-lasting #memories. We gathered together this holiday season to do the same.
Please start a new tradition by creating a new relationship map, a path, or a support circle; call it what you want. Discover what is working and not working, and leave it behind. Begin your new #legacy. May your time with your family be filled with the same. Treat it as if it is your last, offer forgiveness for hurt wounds, and move forward in unconditional love.
Thank you for being a part of my family, we may not be at the same table this season, but you are at the table of my heart. This year I give thanks to and for every one of you. Create your new recipe for loving legacies with your family. Here is one for the recipe book.
Good, Better, Best!
